Rules for the Dojo:
Instructors have the right to require anyone not following these rules to leave the dojo:
- Students will NOT be allowed to attend classes at the dojo unless their lesson fees have been paid up front. Reminder, all lesson fees are to be paid ahead of time, not after the month has started (For example: July lesson fees are to be paid by end of June).
- Parents and visitors will be allowed in the dojo during classes, but only if the dojo is NOT overly crowded and only if they are NOT disrupting classes. Because the dojo is a small space with limited air circulation, parents and visitors will asked to maintain social distancing while in the dojo.
- Students are to stay home if they feel sick or anyone in their household is sick or feeling sick.
- Students will NOT be allowed inside the dojo except during their assigned class.
- Extra time may need to be allowed for those entering and exiting the dojo, so please be courteous and respectful of everyone.
- Students are to practice good hygiene. Coughing/sneezing should be done into their elbow and not into the open air or towards anyone. Hands should be sanitized upon entering and leaving the dojo.
- Prior to, and immediately after, practicing partner drills that require contact, everyone will sanitize their hands and forearms.
